Which product(s) would you recommend for CRISPR mediated gene editing?

For Cas9 nuclease protein and guide RNA RNP (Ribonucleoprotein) complex co-delivery, the reagent of choice is jetCRISPR™.

If using a plasmid approach, for example a plasmid encoding both the Cas9 protein and the guide RNAs, then jetPRIME® is the reagent of choice. Indeed, jetPRIME® has been successfully used for CRISPR/Cas9 mediated gene disruption by Dr. Weiss’ group, as well by several other groups:

Can jetCRISPR™ also be used to deliver the donor plasmid in addition to the Cas9 nuclease protein and gRNA?

jetCRISPR™ was developed to efficiently deliver the Cas9 nuclease and gRNA ribonucleoprotein complex. We recommend that you first deliver the donor plasmid with jetPRIME®, then follow with delivering the Cas9 nuclease and gRNA RNP with jetCRISPR™ for best editing efficiency.

Can jetCRISPR™ be used to deliver proteins other than the Cas9 nuclease?

jetCRISPR™ was developed to efficiently deliver the Cas9 nuclease and gRNA ribonucleoprotein complex. We recommend PULSin for delivery of other proteins.

Which product(s) would you recommend for in vivo CRISPR mediated gene editing?

For in vivo CRISPR mediated gene editing, our reagent of choice is in vivo-jetPEI®. Several groups have published their results using in vivo-jetPEI® for gene editing in mice:
