In order to strengthen our product manager team, we are looking for a Junior Product Manager trainee.
Mission
1. Manage Protein Production product range
- Understand transient protein expression market
- Perform competitive analysis
- Analyze sales data
- Work on forecast and sourcing
- Establish strategy to reinforce product positioning
- Create new communication tools
- Works closely with the sales and scientific support organization to define improvement axis
- Coordinate evaluation projects with customers
2. Create synergies between Product and Service offer: Protein Production product range (transfection reagent, culture medium) ; Plasmid engineering service; Plasmid production service:
- Perform competitive analysis of plasmid service providers for protein production
- Define positioning and value proposition of Polyplus
- Create joint communication tools to promote the whole offer
Profile & Competences
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Life Sciences / Biology / Biotechnology; preferably completed with a marketing degree
- Written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Ability to work in autonomy, curiosity
- Ability to take initiatives, to give opinion, and propose ideas
- Ability to listen to various partners and generate impactful insights.
- Strong analytic and synthetic skills
- Positive attitude, dynamism
- Adaptability, flexibility, resilience
