In order to strengthen our manufacturing & analytical subcontractor team, we are looking for a Junior Product Manager for Life science portfolio.
Mission
1. Develop transfection reagent portfolio strategy for Life science market
- Identify new market segment (applications or company/institute profiles)
- Propose solutions to get visibility and accessibility on new market segments
- Establish a cross-selling strategy with other products/services
- Propose potential new sales channels (Distributors, OEM, etc…)
- Create new marketing/sales tools to support internal and external demands
2. Manage Life science product portfolio
- Understand scientific and economical contexts of the Life science research market
- Participate in the distributor relationship and in the definition of yearly marketing plan with existing distributors
- Support the different departments (such as sales) to reach the targeted budget
- Refine the product positioning and perform competitive analysis
- Analyze sales data and define forecasts
- Ensure customer satisfaction on new and emerging markets
Profile & Competences
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Life Sciences / Biology / Biotechnology; preferably completed with a marketing degree
- Written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Ability to work in autonomy, curiosity
- Ability to take initiatives, to give opinion, and propose ideas
- Ability to listen to various partners and generate impactful insights
- Strong analytic and synthetic skills
- Positive attitude, dynamism
- Adaptability, flexibility, sociability
