To place an order, the following information must be provided :

• Customer account number (CC...)
• Your name, phone number and email address
  
• Catalogue number, product name and quantity of items you would like to order
• Invoice and shipping address, with contact name and phone number
• VAT number (required for EC members except from France)
• Promotional code (optional)

The confirmation mail regarding a fax / phone order, should be clearly marked "Confirmation - Do Not Duplicate", otherwise you will receive your order twice (and be charged twice as well). Thank you.
