Polyplus-transfection® is the worldwide exclusive licensee of U.S. Patent No. 6,013,240, European Patent No. 0770140, and foreign equivalents, which cover transfection compositions having nucleic acids and polyethylenimine (PEI), polypropylenimine (PPI) or cationic polymers similar in structure thereto, and use of this cationic polymer in nucleic acid transfection.
The purchase of jetPEI® conveys the buyer the right to perform stable or transient transfection using jetPEI® in any applications including biomanufacturing applications and commercial services. No rights to reverse engineer, resell or repackage are conveyed for this product.
